Noridian Healthcare Solutions achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification

FARGO, N.D., Nov. 09, 2017 -- Noridian Healthcare Solutions (NHS) has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally recognized standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system.  

“Achieving this certification is another significant accomplishment for NHS,” said NHS president Paul Wilson. “During an in-depth and vigorous audit, we demonstrated that we have a very strong quality management system which means assurance to our customers and employees that we follow ISO protocol to operate as effectively as possible.” 

ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for quality management systems, helping businesses and organizations be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. Certified by independent auditor Denver-based Platinum Registration, Inc., the 9001:2015 standard requires companies to focus on risk-based thinking with an emphasis on leadership engagement. NHS had previously achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification.

“Meeting the requirements of the Standard means that customers get consistent quality which in turn brings benefits to NHS,” said Wilson. “Our processes are aligned internally, increasing productivity and efficiency. We can meet the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements, expand into new markets, and proactively identify and address the risks associated with that business.”
