(TSX:NPS), a next generation renewable energy technology company, today announced that all nominees listed in the Information Circular and Proxy Statement of Northern Power, dated May 1, 2017, for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held May 25, 2017, in Burlington, MA (the “Meeting”) were elected as directors of Northern Power. In addition, at the Meeting the resolution to ratify the appointment of RSM US LLP as Northern Power’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017 was approved by the requisite majority of the votes cast at the Meeting.
