(Nasdaq:NFBK), the holding company for Northfield Bank, will hold the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10:00 am EST on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at their Corporate Headquarters located at 581 Main Street, Suite 810, Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
