Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has dropped PepsiCo’s beverages from its ships in favor of those from rival Coca-Cola.
For years, NCL has offered PepsiCo products including the Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Sierra Mist brands.
But passengers have recently reported that Pepsi products are gone in place of Coca-Cola brands, including Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite.
The switch also covered bottled water, with Coca-Cola’s Dasani replacing PepsiCo’s Aquafina.
NCL did not make an official announcement on the change,
The company's website has removed all references to PepsiCo brands to describe its soft drink menu in favor of generic terms such as "cola" and "diet cola."
