MONTERREY, Mexico, Feb. 02, 2016 -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), informs that the trading volume of its shares on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) exceeded normal ranges today principally as the result of an operation carried out by Deutsche Securities, S.A. de C.V., Casa de Bolsa (“Deutsche Bank”) which sold 33,162,600 Series B shares of OMA, which represent 8.29% of OMA’s shares. These shares had been pledged as collateral under a credit agreement between Aeroinvest, S.A. de C.V. (a subsidiary of Empresas ICA) and Deutsche Bank.
