OAKDALE, Calif., Nov. 02, 2017 -- Oak Valley Community Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ:OVLY), announced that Nicole Banks has joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. She will be based out of the Sonora East Branch.
Banks is a lifelong Sonora resident who brings several years of agricultural and commercial banking experience to Oak Valley. She will be responsible for new business development in the Sonora and Oakdale areas, as well as, managing an existing client portfolio.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Studies with a concentration in Agriculture Business and Economics from California State University, Stanislaus. Banks is currently on the board of TuCARE, Stanislaus-Tuolumne Young Farmers and Ranchers, and Oakdale Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee. She is also the Secretary for Calaveras-Tuolumne Cattlewomen. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.
