Nike is preparing for two exciting releases this October. Official images of the Nike Book 1 “Halloween” reveal a spooky black and orange design, while the Nike Air Footscape Woven “Rainbow” is set to drop on October 25th, continuing the legacy of this vibrant, unique sneaker line.
Nike Prepares to Launch Book 1 'Halloween' With Spooky Black and Orange Design, Releasing October 30
Defending Devin Booker on a nightly basis is no easy task, and after his standout performance in the Paris Olympics, the 2024-2025 NBA season could very well be his best yet. As Booker’s first signature shoe line continues to evolve, Nike is preparing to release Book 1 in its first-ever Halloween-themed design, offering a glimpse at the spooky new colorway for the first time.
The Nike Book 1 “Halloween” stays true to the model's more straightforward color schemes, featuring a predominantly black upper accented with orange and white. This festive edition incorporates subtle Halloween-themed details, such as a Swoosh logo of white stitch lines arranged to resemble human bones. Orange pops on the tongue label add a touch of pumpkin-inspired color, while the heel displays “Chapter One” and “96” in a fittingly eerie typeface. The heel-tab design also switches up with black “pages,” enhancing the Halloween atmosphere.
Official Nike Book 1 “Halloween” images have just been released. They showcase the split of black and orange, bone-like stitching, and off-kilter text on the heel. The pair will be available on October 30th for $140, just in time for the holiday.
Nike Air Footscape Woven 'Rainbow' Returns with Vibrant Colors, Set to Release October 25
On the other hand, Nike’s Footscape line has always stood out as one of the brand's most unconventional designs, drawing a loyal following since its debut in the 1990s. Born out of a focus on ergonomic innovation, the Footscape series has appealed to fans of unique footwear, offering moccasin-like and woven models that blend comfort with bold design.
After reintroducing the Footscape Woven in 2022, Nike has released fresh iterations, experimenting with materials like denim, faux cowhide, and reptile-inspired leather. Alongside these modern updates, the brand is also revisiting classic Footscape aesthetics. Recently previewed in an SNKRS Showcase, the Footscape Woven will return in its iconic “Rainbow” colorway for Fall/Winter 2024.
According to Sneaker News, the Nike Air Footscape Woven “Rainbow,” inspired by the sought-after 2012 Footscape Woven Chukka pack, will be released on October 25th for $160. This release continues the legacy of the Footscape line with a vibrant array of bright colors, perfect for fans of bold and distinctive footwear.
