•Canada's manufacturing sector expanded for a fifth straight month in August as output and employment rose but increased trade tensions cast doubt on the pace of growth being sustained, data on Tuesday showed.
•The price of oil, one of Canada's major exports, rose to a near six-week high as a resumption in fighting between the United States and Iran in the Middle East renewed fears of supply.
• Immediate resistance is located at 1.3974(50%fib), any close above will push the pair towards 1.4000(Psychological level.).
• Support is seen at 1.3855(38.25fib) and break below could take the pair towards 1.3772(Lower BB).
Recommendation: Good to sell around 1.3920 with stop loss of 1.4000 and target price of 1.3850
