‘One Piece’ Chapter 929 Release Date, Spoilers: Tama is Princess Hiyori? Zoro’s New Friend

One Piece.Sanji G66/YouTube

One of the most interesting things about the “One Piece” Chapter 929 rumors and leaks that have been coming out is the prospect of Tama being the Princess Hiyori that has yet to make an appearance. There is simply too much of an emphasis placed on this character for her not to be the missing princess. A leaked panel also shows Zoro being with someone who no one has seen before.

It has been noted in previous chapters that Princess Hiyori was not confirmed killed when Momonusuke and Kinemon were sent into the future. As such, it was always assumed that the princess somehow escaped or was spared and is now a grown woman in the current timeline. However, discussions with regards to “One Piece” Chapter 929 have yielded another possibility.

The creator of the series has a tendency to hide the identity of important characters in seemingly inconsequential ones early on. This is why some are now wondering if Tama might be Princess Hiyori who was sent into the future by her mother. However, she simply arrived at an earlier timeline than Momonusuke did, thus explaining her age. This likely won’t be touched on in “One Piece” Chapter 929, though.

As for actual “One Piece” Chapter 929 leaks, a panel showing Zoro with a potential ally has sparked discussions about the swordsman being on the way to finally rescue Luffy from prison. This could also be one of the prisoners that have been hinted at by previous chapters, but there is no confirmation on this point. In any case, the next chapter might reveal a bit more about what the escape plans are.

Readers will find out about this soon enough when “One Piece” Chapter 929 is released. The next chapter is expected to come out on Jan. 7, so that’s worth looking out for.
