“One Piece” chapter 947 is going to take manga fans back to the Udon Prison where Luffy and the old man Hyogoro has to face a rampaging Big Mom. Despite not being able to master Ryuo yet, a string of incidents will help Luffy and Hyogoro break out from Udon.
It can be recalled that Luffy and Hyogoro had the chance to run away in the previous chapter. However, the former yakuza boss was intent on teaching Luffy the advanced Busoshoku Haki that he insisted on staying. He deduced that the pressure of fighting and protecting him from Big Mom would force Luffy to learn Ryuo. That also meant that if Luffy fails, Hyogoro could ultimately die. Luckily, there are other incidents happening in “One Piece” chapter 947 that both Luffy and Hyogoro will come out of it alive, according to the spoilers posted by Oro Jackson user @EtenBoy.
Big Mom still has amnesia in “One Piece” chapter 947. But despite not recognizing Luffy, he keeps attacking him for eating all the shiruko. Unfortunately, Luffy will not be able to remember the exact way he executed Ryuo that allowed him to break his collars. It could have been helpful to counter Big Mom’s attack, but Luffy’s second attempt will fail. Ryuo can be used as a shield and a very powerful attack. Being able to do it perfectly would allow its user to destroy an enemy from within and without even touching them.
Meanwhile, Big Mom’s rampage destroys a good portion of the Udon prison, and Queen wakes up just in time to witness it. Queen knows he cannot easily defeat Big Mom in combat, so he takes advantage of her mindless frenzy. He baits Big Mom to go up the sky with a shiruko and attacks her with Brachio Bombs in her head. It will bring back her memories, but it will also make her sleep in “One Piece” chapter 947.
Queen has to deal with Big Mom first, and he decides to bring her to Onigashima leaving Babanuki in charge of Udon. In the middle of all the destruction, Luffy sees the opportunity to escape with Hyogoro, who is still alive but ends up getting injured. The same source reveals that the last page of “One Piece” chapter 947 features a very excited Luffy. The next chapter will be released on Monday, July 1.
