“Outlander” season 4 episode 9 would be the start of the series’ second half and although fans will see reunions, there will be heartbreaking incidents that will have long-lasting effects on the character’s lives. Moreover, we will see many people returning like Tobias Menzies as Frank Randall.
“Outlander” season 4 episode 9 is titled “The Birds & The Bees” and as shared on Outlander TV, its story summary reads: “As Brianna struggles to compartmentalize the trauma she suffered in the wake of the tragedy that befell her in Wilmington, she refocuses on finding her parents.”
Aside from this plot, “Outlander: Season 4, Episode 9 will also narrate how Brianna (Sophie Skelton) is suffering after being sexually harassed by Stephen Bonnet (Ed Speelers). It can be recalled that as Brianna searches for her parents, Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) and Claire Beauchamp Randall (Caitriona Balfe), in the old English era, she was attacked and left bloodied by the new villain.
Brianna’s unfortunate experience happened in episode 8 titled “Wilmington” so the continuation is set to be seen in ”The Birds and The Bees.” In any case, Starz released the trailer for “Outlander” season 4 episode 9 and based on the clip, Jamie and Claire will also be in conflict after discovering that they kept a secret from each other. However, the two only did this in order to help Bree with overcoming her traumatic experience. Fans can expect Jamie and Claire’s first meeting with their daughter and the issues that will arise from the fact that their grown-up daughter had time-traveled to meet them.
“Outlander” season 4 episode 9 is airing on Dec. 30, 2019, at 8 p.m. on Starz Network.
