PSAV, a leading provider in the global event technology services industry, announced today the addition of Keith Roe and the promotion of Timothy Gray to its senior leadership team. Both will report to Mike Leone, chief operating officer of PSAV.

Keith Roe – Senior Vice President, Venues, Southwest Division
With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, Roe brings an advanced understanding of the industry and exceptional leadership skills to the role. Most recently, Roe served as division vice president for Aramark, a $14B global service provider. He was a member of the Executive Leadership Council where he oversaw the strategic planning and operational performance within the healthcare hospitality division.
Prior to Aramark, Roe served in various leadership roles with experiential marketing partner GES (Global Experience Specialists), including project director, regional vice president and general manager. He also progressed through a number of key roles at The Walt Disney Company, where he led domestic and international accounts and alliance building assignments.
Roe earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, general management and marketing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
Timothy Gray – Senior Vice President, Venues, Midwest Division
From his start in the industry as a technician with VisionKing, Gray’s career progression has amassed 20 years of customer-facing experience. He most recently served as regional vice president, venues, for PSAV where he was responsible for new hotel growth, hotel relations, sales, operations, and the profitability of more than 20 hotels.
After his start as a technician, Gray continued his career as director of event technologies with Swank Audio Visuals, now part of PSAV. His natural customer-focused work ethic earned Gray promotions to team leader, area manager, regional vice president, and now, senior vice president.
