MADISON, Ala., Nov. 08, 2017 -- PSIGEN Software, Inc., an innovative developer of document capture, business process automation and content management solutions, is pleased to announce the integration of its document management software product, PSIsafe, with Salesforce, the world’s No. 1 customer relationship management (CRM) solution.
With the PSIsafe Cloud connector, SalesForce clients can access all the benefits of PSIsafe from their Salesforce CRM account. The integration facilitates a real-time sync between users’ PSIsafe Cloud repositories and Account and Contact records within Salesforce. Thus, salespeople and account managers can access their critical business documents—contracts, amendments, letters of agreement and key correspondence—from the system where they spend most of their time.
“PSIGEN is excited to offer this integration between our complete document management solution, PSIsafe, and the world’s No. 1 CRM solution. We understand that businesses rely on SalesForce on a daily basis for their customer relations needs. Now they can take advantage of all the benefits of PSIsafe—from security to organization to version control—directly from their CRM,” said Victoria Hensley, COO of PSIGEN Software, Inc.
Because documents are located within the PSIsafe database, rather than duplicated between multiple systems, PSIGEN’s industry-leading security, workflow, retention and role-based permission capabilities remain in place. Users can check documents in or out directly within Salesforce, as well as modify document and folder metadata from the CRM system.
