SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Sept. 06, 2017 -- Digital transformation has been fueling profound changes in the business model and process architecture of organizations. Therefore, Paschoalotto, a teleservice company, which is a Brazilian leader in the recovery of credit, collection and management of non-performing credits, has the support of Stefanini to leverage the company's digital transformation.

"We want to accelerate Paschoalotto's digital transformation through an integrated offering with a high level of automation, including robotization, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. Our goal with this project is to use the digital platform as a differential in the market and ensure that it demonstrates our scalability and robustness," states Elizete Marson, executive director of Stefanini.
