Stefanini contributed by developing and approving Paschoalotto's entire software architecture, adding micro-services which guarantee autonomy and independence for the various applications. - 30% reduction in development and delivery time;
- 100% increase in CRM connection capacity with client platforms, especially those that adopt micro-services;
- In addition to the digital platform, more than five products will be launched by 2018, all focusing on performance gains and cost savings;
- Cost reductions with TELECOM allowing new Dialers, mainly via the internet, to be used.
