Prince Charles, Prince William allegedly having a bitter war to the throne; Queen Elizabeth siding with her grandson?

Prince Charles and Prince William are once again being pitted against each other in a so-called bitter war for the throne.

Since Queen Elizabeth will be turning 94 years old this year, there are rumors that she could soon be retiring. Even though royal experts have denied the possibility of Her Majesty abdicating, some tabloids are still convinced that this could happen.

National Enquirer claimed that Prince Charles and Prince William are fighting over who should succeed the monarch. Prince Charles is the heir to the throne, and he will be the next king of Britain.

However, the tabloid still insisted that Prince William would take over the important post. An unnamed source told the tabloid Prince Charles knows that the Queen wants Prince William to become king, but the dad of two is fighting tooth and nail to make sure that this won’t happen.

“The Harry and Meghan ‘we quit’ debacle just fired up his determination to make sure HE succeeds the queen and no one else! William has no intention of stepping aside – and the father-son power-grab has thrown the palace into chaos and crisis like the monarchy has never seen!” the source said.

However, the Queen, Prince Charles, and Prince William don’t have the power to change the order of succession. As such, the only way for Prince William to be king is if Prince Charles abdicates or appoints him for the position after he himself has been crowned.

Meanwhile, the same tabloid also alleged that the Queen is dying after she reportedly skipped one royal engagement. The palace revealed that Her Majesty suffered from a cold so she had to stay at home to recover.

Unfortunately, the tabloid used this as an opportunity to exaggerate the Queen’s condition. They claimed that her health is deteriorating, and she could die soon. It is important to note that an update regarding the Queen’s health will come directly from the palace and not from a tabloid.
