Princess Charlene, Prince Albert Divorce Rumors Continue
Meanwhile, speculations about Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of Monaco divorcing have been surfacing online for quite some time now. While there is not enough evidence to prove that these rumors are true, avid followers of the royal couple wonder if there is some truth to this.
Per Vanity Fair, Princess Charlene spoke out against the claims that she and her husband are divorcing in September. The ex-Olympian even branded the reports as "exhausting." In a chat with South Africa's News24, she denied allegations of her divorce from Prince Albert. She explained why she deactivated her Instagram account, maintaining there is "nothing wrong" with her marriage.
When Princess Charlene removed her Instagram page earlier this year, it fueled speculation about the royal wedding. It was her first trip to South Africa since 2021 when a terrible illness prevented her from seeing her husband, Prince Albert, and their children for several months.
During her most recent visit, Princess Charlene stated in an interview that she is tired of the mystery around her marriage, stating that the decision was taken to spare her children from the "pressure" of public royal life. The princess performed a public engagement earlier this week, dancing with one of the association's members, and was presented with a bouquet.
