LINDON, Utah, March 02, 2017 -- Profire Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq:PFIE), a technology company which creates, installs and services burner and chemical management solutions in the oil and gas industry, will hold a conference call on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. EST to discuss results for the nine-month transition period ended December 31, 2016. Financial results are expected to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and reported in a press release prior to the conference call.
As previously communicated, due to a change in the Company’s fiscal year-end, the Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K covering the transition period from April 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, which is the period between the closing of the Company's most recent fiscal year and the opening date of the newly selected fiscal year. The results from the quarter ended December 31, 2016 will be reflected in the nine-month period covered by the transition report.
