LAS VEGAS, Oct. 16, 2017 -- International Spirit and Beverage Group Inc., (a Nevada Corporation) (OTCPK:ISBG) is pleased to announce that both companies have signed the definitive agreement for ISBG to acquire the assets of ASCC, which includes its signature brand, RWB Vodka. Senior management officials from both companies signed the requisite paperwork on Friday in Houston.

“As soon as serious discussions began taking place between the two companies, we started the legal ball rolling,” said ISBG Chairman Alonzo Pierce. “I can’t thank the professionals enough, for their diligence got this deal finalized very quickly.”
In addition to the acquisition of RWB Vodka, which is distilled from Idaho Russet potatoes, ISBG also has acquired a tremendous marketing asset – an RWB promotional vehicle, which is paid in full, and “wrapped” with RWB logo and colors and will be very noticeable at any marketing event.
With limited exposure, RWB Vodka had done respectably well in a competitive market place. The 2014 Platinum Sip Award winner received high marks in focus groups but it was the gluten-free aspect of RWB that really piqued the interest of ISBG Chief Executive Officer, Terry Williams.
“RWB started out as a niche market vodka but its target audience continues to grow exponentially,” Williams said. “Not only do an estimated 20 million Americans have gluten allergies but the number of Americans who have gone to a gluten-free diet has tripled since 2009. With our distribution capabilities, we have the wherewithal to tap into this growing market.”
Plans are already in the works to increase the RWB footprint in the Southwest and California but Texans will see the ISBG impact first. There are three pallets of RWB Vodka set to make their way into the hands of ISBG distributors.
“Our distributors are extremely excited about getting behind our new brand and we will have plenty of feet on the street introducing RWB Vodka to both on- and off-premises proprietors,” Williams said. “This truly is a silky, smooth product that will go over very well with those who enjoy vodka on the rocks as well as those who mix vodka for cocktails.”
