LOS ANGELES, April 20, 2017 -- Reed's, Inc. (NYSE MKT:REED), maker of the top-selling sodas in natural food stores nationwide, today announced the details for its 2016 earnings conference call and concurrent filing of the Company 10-K.
As previously announced, the Company will complete its form 10-K by Friday April 21, 2017. However, for the convenience of call participants, the Company will file its form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday April 24, 2017 at approximately 10:00 am Pacific Time, concurrently with the release of its earnings results. The conference call for investors will then follow at 10:30 am Pacific Time on Monday April 24, 2017. During the call, in addition to presenting Reed’s financial results, management will also discuss the initiatives enacted by the recently elected Board of Directors to drive shareholder value.
