CARMEL, Ind., June 18, 2017 -- RevolutionEYES has opened their new Little Eyes location, a pediatric eye care office inspired by a child’s vision. Optometry patients new and established will want to visit the facility dedicated to the needs of children in Carmel. The facility is the only one of its kind as it serves the specific needs of children. Parents and their children can visit Little Eyes located at 1372 S. Rangeline Road in Carmel, Indiana.
Dr. Jeremy Ciano was stunned by his 4-year old son Alex one day on the way home from Pre-K. While every father loves to hear that their child wants to follow in their footsteps, Alex gave his father a wake-up call. Dr. Ciano would not be allowed to work with his son as his son’s vision center would be dedicated to the needs of children like himself, and he only wanted pediatric equipment and specialists to be involved.
“I am going to open up an eye doctor office that is for kids only, with little glasses, and little exam machines, and I am going to call it ‘Little Eyes,’” said Alex Ciano.
This unique concept laid the groundwork for Little Eyes, a pediatric eye care clinic serving the vision needs of children from 6 months of age to 13 years old in Indiana. Drs. Katherine Schuetz and Hannah Downey address the optometry needs of children, including first eye exams and more. Children can enjoy a visit to their eye doctor with attention to their special needs. Little Eyes donates to the Indiana Blind Children’s Foundation for every pair of glasses purchased in the office.
“We invite new and current patients and area residents to visit Little Eyes,” said Dr. Jeremy Ciano. “Children can choose from a wide selection of glasses and exclusive lines for children. Parents benefit from the ‘No Questions Asked Warranty’ when purchasing new glasses for a child. The specialized needs of children are attended to at Little Eyes in Carmel. When a child’s vision issues are attended to, such as slowing the progression of nearsightedness with myopia control, they perform better academically and while engaging in sports and extracurricular activities. Get to know the friendly eye care professionals making the vision needs of children their priority at Little Eyes.”
