Nabila Nanji has joined Rittenhouse Realty Advisors as a Marketing Specialist, bringing with her ten years of commercial real estate experience, including investment sales, retail leasing, and marketing. Following her graduation from the University of Texas, Nabila worked as an investment sales associate in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin markets and has since worked in commercial lending as well as with a national brokerage firm in business development and operations. At RRA, Nabila is focusing on business development, operations, and market research with goals to expand the company’s presence in local and regional markets.
Rittenhouse Capital Advisors welcomed Sam Oropeza, who is directing business development and client management. Sam works with local developers and property owners in the Philadelphia MSA to assist them in achieving their goals for their projects and portfolios. He has hands on experience in real estate construction and development, having recently served as Supervisor of Facility Maintenance for Johnson & Johnson. Sam brings a unique set of talents and tenacity to his Business Development role with RCA, as he recently fulfilled a life-long goal and became a professional athlete, participating in the MMA arena. He wrapped up a successful career with a 13-3 record spanning from 2009 to 2015.
