TORONTO and SEATTLE, April 04, 2016 -- Roadpost USA Inc., a subsidiary of Roadpost Inc. a foremost provider of mobile satellite services (MSS) and equipment, announces that it has acquired Fonebill, a privately held company that provides MSS to consumer and enterprise customers.
Under the terms of the deal that closed April 1, 2016, Roadpost USA has acquired substantially all of the assets of Fonebill including the Satworx trade name and subscriber base, and BlueCosmo trade name, website and subscriber base. Satworx and Blue Cosmo offer their subscribers a range of Iridium® and Inmarsat® voice and data services. Roadpost USA will retain all of Fonebill’s assets and employees, and will continue to support operations at the existing BlueCosmo facility in Seattle, Washington.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
