After Robert Pattinson’s breakup with FKA Twigs (real name: Tahliah Debrett Barnett), a slew of rumors have exploded linking the “Twilight” actor to other female celebrities. The latest pairing alleges that Pattinson is quite taken with Swedish-British singer Mabel.
The Mirror reports that the two were seen being comfortable with each other during the London Fashion Week. According to an insider of the magazine, Robert Pattinson and Mabel were getting cozy with each other, so much so that they were spotted spending time together two nights in a row.
“Rob looked smitten with Mabel and they spent two nights glued to each other. They were practically inseparable at the Vogue party at Annabel’s, and again the following night at a Miu Miu fashion party where Rob was trying to be really low key. Their friendship has blossomed from there,” the tipster revealed.
But if past events are anything to go by, Robert Pattinson hanging out with Mabel may very well be just what the insider described: friendship. It can be recalled that the “Remember Me” actor has also been linked to “Roar” singer Katy Perry.
However, Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry’s relationship has always been platonic despite what rumors claim. Of course, the “Good Time” actor and Mabel could end up transitioning from what they have now to a romantic connection.
But evidence that Robert Pattinson and Mabel did spend two nights together has yet to surface, which makes the claim questionable at best. In this day and age where almost everyone has a camera in their pocket, it’s next to impossible for a celebrity to go to a public place without someone photographing them. As of now, the pair has yet to comment on the circulating rumors so it’s best to treat these stories as a fabrication until they release an official statement.
