(“CHS”); (2) various other indicators of impairment existed at the time of Quorum’s spin-off from CHS; (3) Quorum disregarded and/or failed to advise investors of the foregoing issues; and (3) as a result, Quorum’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
