SALEM, N.H., Jan. 31, 2018 -- ConnectLeader announces TruCadence® Release 2.0. TruCadence is a sales cadence software that gives sales representatives the ability to engage prospects by utilizing multiple communication channels including voice, email, and social media touches, at scale.
ConnectLeader, creators of an advanced sales acceleration platform, predictive sales intelligence analytics, and sales gamification software, have recently announced the latest version of their sales engagement software stack: TruCadence. TruCadence is a software-as-a-service that allows sales representatives to track and engage with prospects over multiple channels.
ConnectLeader’s TruCadence software offers powerful capabilities rivaling other email and call sequencing tools on the market today. Additionally, users can leverage TruCadence sequencing with multiple dialers customized for various sales roles, increasing productivity by 30% to 800%.
Creation of Multi-Touch Cadences
With TruCadence, sales professionals can connect directly with prospects by creating multi-touch cadences that include call, email, and social touches. Sales representatives are able to build cadences based on specific product offerings, verticals, or stages of the sales funnel. The platform is designed so that there is no limit on the number of touches (or types of touches) that a user can add to a specific cadence.
Personalization
Before allowing an email or social message to automatically send or post, TruCadence software allows sales representatives to personalize their messages. Touches that are not personalized will be marked, so sales managers can review the success of personalized touches compared to more generic approaches, making any necessary changes to the cadence. This allows sales managers to rely on the convenience of automation while maintaining individual customization per lead.
Dashboard View of Sales Touches
TruCadence provides a dashboard that includes analytical reports based on team hierarchy. Sales managers can easily see their sales teams’ activities, any outstanding tasks, and whether or not best practices are followed.
Bart Bartlett, CEO of DemandZEN, says, “ConnectLeader took the best power dialing and agent assisted dialing tools and found a way to complement them with TruCadence. Sales reps need to talk to their customers and prospects, not at them. Before, cadence software and sales processes in general used way too much email. There wasn’t enough conversation. But with TruCadence, teams can sequence phone calls like they can emails, making just as many phone calls as you can send emails. The tool makes conversations scalable, and we’re excited to implement it into our strategy.”
Sarah Beals, VP Client Solutions at LogicManager, Inc. says, "We've investigated many alternatives, and are thrilled to have a cadence technology that is integrated with a full power dialer and agent-assisted dialer. We're excited to see the productivity lift."
