Waiting has been so long for all the viewers of the hit TV series 'Scandal' since its last episode aired last November and now the long wait is finally over now that they are back with the new episode entitled "It's Hard Out Here for A General". So read on and have some juicy spoilers come your way.
The synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the Season 5B premiere, "It's Hard Out Here for A General," indicated that viewers will see a six-month time-jump ever since Olivia (Kerry Washington) and Fitz (Tony Goldwynn) called it quits. Both can be found experiencing their "newfound freedom" but in different ways and it would be interesting to see how it all turns out for them.
Now that the two have broken up, Olivia will be missing out on all the fun this time since she is no longer with Fitz and this has ended her short stint living in the White House. Fortunately her role as the former mistress of the President comes with some perks. She’s a celebrity around Washington D.C. and has plenty of potential clients.
Fame isn’t the only thing Olivia has going for her — she’s got a steamy, secret relationship! She is really good at keeping her emotions at bay when she pretends to not wanting to see Jake (Scott Foley) when Rowan mentions that he’s been staying at his house, but her actions prove otherwise. When she returns to her apartment she finds him outside her door and jumps on top of him in one of the hottest moments on “Scandal.”
On the other hand, the team Gladiators will be busy with a new case they are going to resolve and do what they do best. Katie Lowes, Huck Guillermo Diaz, and Marcus Cornelius Smith Jr. will be coming back to reprise their respective roles and become a team once more facing a new client.
Watch out for more updates and stay tuned as 'Scandal" Season 5 airs on ABC.
