(NASDAQ:SEAC) today announced the expansion of its global marketing and sales organization with the appointment of video systems and software veteran Tony Dolph to the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing. Reporting to COO Ed Terino, Dolph will direct the Company’s marketing and communications, as well as its closely aligned business development and inside sales operations.

Mr. Dolph brings SeaChange 30 years of experience in establishing and managing global strategic marketing and business development programs behind market-leading technologies in service provider video, professional video editing and enterprise computing. Prior to joining SeaChange, he was President & CEO of SaaS provider Hubcast. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Artel Video Systems; Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Media 100, Inc.; and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing & Business Development for Idiom Technologies. Mr. Dolph holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts and certificate of matriculation from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
