Selena Gomez’s BFF and kidney donor reportedly feuding and no longer speaking to each another

Selena Gomez had a life-saving kidney transplant in 2017. She needed the procedure to fight the effects of lupus, which she has to deal with for the rest of her life. The actress and singer found the perfect match for her transplant, and her organ donor was no other than her best friend, Francia Raisa.

The now 31-year-old American actress risked her life to save Selena, and fortunately, the kidney transplant went well, and both of them survived the procedure. It is also a good thing that they did not encounter any complications, and they are healthy.

The broken friendship

But some bad news about Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa’s friendship have emerged this week, and it was alleged that the best of friends are no longer talking to one another following a feud. According to Radar Online, the two had stopped talking, and it has been nine months since they last spoke with each other.

The BFF’s feud was said to be due to the former “Wizards of Waverly Place” star’s bad and unhealthy choices in life. Francia is said to be upset because her friend was is not taking care of herself as she should and would rather party here and there when this is so unhealthy for her mental and physical health.

“Selena did the exact opposite of what she said she was going to do when she got well again,” the source said. “She said she was not going to drink anymore, but she did.”

Francia called out Selena

It was said that their feud started when Francia called out Selena for her behavior. She allegedly made her remember the hardships she went through while recovering from the transplant operation. And she is upset because all of these sacrifices seem to be going to waste as Selena is not taking care of herself.

“She (Francia) cares about her and she loves Selena,” the tipster shared. “She told her that she was just really making some unhealthy choices and that she was concerned for her.”

But apparently, Selena Gomez is not listening so she is disappointed. As a result, their friendship reportedly ended in October last year. Then again, the actresses have yet to comment to determine if this report is true.
