NEW YORK, June 07, 2017 -- Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP (SRFK), a leading corporate securities and full service law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of a Commercial Real Estate group and Trusts & Estates practice to its growing number of practice areas.
The new Commercial Real Estate group at SRFK will be led by Anthony J. Ficara, who has joined SRFK as a Member of the firm. Previously, Mr. Ficara was the founding member and Managing Partner of Ficara & Associates, P.C., a boutique Long Island law firm. Mr. Ficara and his colleagues will join the SRFK team, immediately establishing a prominent Commercial Real Estate group and Trusts & Estates practice area. This team’s experience and capabilities span Condominium, Cooperative & Home Owners Association Law, Real Estate Transactions & Finance, Litigation, Corporate & Business Entity Matters and Wills, and Trusts & Estates Counseling, among others. SRFK will maintain a Long Island office while strengthening the New York City practice base.
Other members of Ficara’s team joining SRFK include Jodi B. Zimmerman, who focuses her practice on Elder Law and Estate Planning matters including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Administration petitions and Guardianships; Michael Wickersham, who represents buyers and sellers in a wide array of commercial transactions and sponsor unit sales; and Todd J. Manister, a seasoned litigation and transactional attorney who focuses his practice on all types of complex business and personal matters.
