PTC’s ThingWorx IoT platform offers a world-class set of pre-integrated IoT-specific development tools and capabilities. ThingWorx is utilized by hundreds of IoT solution builders, providers, and enterprises to develop, deploy, monitor, analyze, report on, and control solutions for a variety of industries including, manufacturing, smart buildings, smart cities, and oil and gas.
Solution providers and enterprises can now use Sierra Monitor’s FieldServer IIoT gateways to connect field devices that speak standard protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, Modbus, M-Bus, KNX and 140 other standard and device vendor-specific protocols to the ThingWorx platform. The FieldServer IIoT gateway ships with a pre-integrated ThingWorx connector, along with an intuitive web-based configurator that connects field devices and their data points to the ThingWorx platform without the need for any programming.
