St. Louis, MO, Jan. 24, 2018 -- Smith Management Group (SMG), an Associa company, was recognized at the Community Associations Institute - Heartland Chapter annual awards banquet.
The holiday celebration honored many industry professionals for their outstanding contributions in 2017. Smith Management Group took home several awards including 2017 Community Association Manager of the Year, honoring Sheilah Buettner.
Ms. Buettner has been a Smith Management Group team member for more than 24 years and has proudly served several communities as well as recently completed her term as president of CAI -Heartland Chapter.
Monticello Recreation Corporation, a SMG managed community, which consists of 1017 single-family homes, was presented the 2017 CAI Heartland Chapter Association of the Year award. Smith Management Group has managed this one-of-a-kind property since 2012 and continues to focus on the community’s future success.
