Reconciliation rumors
There is no news of interaction or anything that will connect them again since they announced their separation to the public. This is why it is surprising when last week it was suddenly reported that Hye Kyo and Joong Ki are getting back together.
The ex-couple already stated before that they split up due to differences in personalities, yet fresh rumors say that the two are now amicable again and may have even reunited already.
Allkpop reported that Chinese media alleged that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo might have patched things up and giving their love a second chance.
The proof
The reunion rumors started when the 38-year-old actress posed for a magazine photoshoot. In that pictorial for W Korea magazine, she was wearing several rings on her finger, and people were quick to suspect that one of the rings is actually her wedding band.
Moreover, when it was pointed out that the actress is not the said piece of jewelry on her wedding ring finger, they reasoned that it could just be a way to avoid being detected. They seem to be suggesting that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo are keeping their reunion a secret - at least for now.
The truth of the matter
Then again, some publications refuted the Joong ki and Hye Kyo reconciliation stories. Today Online reasoned that this is most likely a false report because only the Chinese media are writing about it. It said that if it is true, the Korean media would have covered the story by now.
Additionally, it has not been that long since Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo have divorced, and although it was already finalized, they still have some unresolved issues to mend. And this is not all, the “Descendants of the Sun” actress is the brand ambassador of Chaumet jewelry, and it is highly likely that she is promoting the ring for the company.
