HARTSVILLE, S.C., Oct. 18, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of Sonoco (NYSE:SON) today declared a $.37 per share quarterly common stock dividend. The dividend will be paid on December 9, 2016, to shareholders of record as of November 11, 2016.
According to Jack Sanders, president and chief executive officer, this is the 366th consecutive quarter, dating back to 1925, that the Company has paid dividends to shareholders.
