SAN JOSE, Calif., June 29, 2017 -- Sphere 3D Corp. (NASDAQ:ANY), a containerization, virtualization and data management solution provider, today announced that at its Special Shareholder Meeting held on June 27, the Company’s shareholders approved all matters put before them as described in the Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated May 16, 2017, as amended on June 13, 2017.
A copy of the results was filed with the SEC on Form 6-K on June 28, 2017.
Simultaneously, the Company announced the resignation of Peter Ashkin from the Company’s board of directors, effective June 27, 2017.
