‘Supergirl’ season 2’s episode 15, titled “Exodus,” features Kara and Alex as they race to find Jeremiah, who was recently revealed as a traitor. Meanwhile, Cadmus abducts aliens after stealing data from the alien registry and it will be up to Kara to put a stop to it.
The synopsis posted for episode 15 posted on Comicbook Movie reads, “As Alex (Chyler Leigh) searches for Jeremiah (guest star Dean Cain) and Kara (Melissa Benoist) investigates a series of alien kidnappings, the sisters realize they must break the rules to foil a new Cadmus plot.
In an effort to get Snapper Carr (guest star Ian Gomez) to run a story that would help her stop Cadmus, Kara agrees to set up an interview between Snapper and Supergirl.”
The previous episode, titled “Homecoming,” feature Jeremiah Danvers’ reunion with daughters Alex and Kara. According to the recap on Entertainment Weekly, Kara managed to rescue their father from Cadmus and he was welcomed back home with a hero’s celebration. On their reunion, Jeremiah claimed that Cadmus created a fusion bomb from Kara’s heat vision in order to attack National City and blaming this on the aliens.
However, Mon-El (Chris Wood) remained skeptical of Jeremiah the entire time and decided to tell Kara his suspicions but she doesn’t believe him initially. By the end of the episode, Jeremiah is revealed to be in cahoots with Cadmus and was attempting to gather valuable information about aliens living on Earth.
In the promo, Kara is seen investigating a series of alien kidnappings. Kara explains, “Cadmus stole the alien registry. They’re abducting everyone on the list.” It is hinted that Cadmus will use the aliens for their diabolical plan and no one will get out alive.
