“Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken” Episode 14 release has been delayed due to the holidays. As such, the second cours of the series will premiere on Jan. 7, 2019 and fans can’t wait for the showdown that’s about to occur.
Right now, Rimuru has been pitted against the Orc Lord. What makes the matchup particularly interesting is that this antagonist has the same power as the titular slime. This means that if the Orc Lord managed to absorb Rimuru in “Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken” Episode 14, then he can potentially become one of the most powerful demon lords in the series.
Of course, Rimuru isn’t really in great peril as the chances of him losing this battle are remarkably slim given he’s protected with plot armor. But the battle will be entertaining all the same with a lot of flashy magic being unleashed by the Demon Lord. Rimuru will certainly make use of distance in “Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken” Episode 14 as close combat will increase his chances of being eaten by the Orc Lord.
Beyond the conflict, however, is a much bigger storyline unfolding as the Orc Lord is merely a pawn from the overarching scheme of things. This was made apparent by the series after it revealed the Majin was naming random creatures and bestowing upon them great powers. Fans are hoping that “Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken” Episode 14 will provide some glimpse of what’s going to be next for Rimuru.
There are still 12 remaining episodes for this installment with Rimuru ultimately going to eat the Orc Lord in “Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken” Episode 14. After absorbing him, the Demon Lord will obtain the devil transformation, will grow in height, and will assume a form of a pre-teen with feminine features. As a trivia, Rimuru is portrayed slightly different compared to the manga and light novels. The source material of the show depicted the character as a mature individual compared to the anime adaptation that portrayed him as carefree and childish.
