Tether Capital has invested in AIsa, a platform that gives artificial intelligence agents paid access to data, software and computing resources from external providers through automated workflows.

Tether Capital announced the investment on Oct. 15. Developers can route agents through AIsa to reach datasets, AI models, APIs, software tools and computing capacity.

Service providers can offer their resources for use in automated processes, while customers can obtain them as needed. Payments can be settled in fiat currency or stablecoins; use of an API, skill or model carries a charge each time it is called.

Tether's earlier investment portfolio includes NEURA Robotics. Separately, it plans to put WDK and QVAC to use in robotic systems.

Circle also offers Agent Stack, a separate package intended to help AI agents locate services and pay for them. It brings wallet tools, a marketplace and command-line access together, with support for nanopayments.
