“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 will be exciting because the viewers already saw what Rick and Marty Lagina have unearthed from their years of diggings in the famous island in Nova Scotia. The upcoming installment is definitely something to look forward to like the answers for most of the mysteries are probably going to be answered.
The Lagina brothers and their team already achieved a lot in the first six seasons that it was even predicted that they are close to finding the treasures. They said that the greatest mystery of the Money Pit and the Oak Island would be uncovered soon because many evidence and clues pointing to the existence and location of the gems have been found already.
Why the seventh season could be the last
With the extent of the discoveries, especially in the previous chapter, the theory that “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 would be the last has cropped up. The main reason for this assumption is that the feeling that the team is very close to the Money Pit already and finding the treasures means the end of the search.
Some of the things that made people and even the Lagina brothers think that the treasures the Money Pit will soon be found include the discovery of the anomaly under the waters of the swamp. It was deemed to be a ship due to its size and shape, but they still need to verify it. Dave Blakenship said when he was alive that the swamp was man-made and was there to conceal the sunken ship filled with gems.
Also, they saw the mysterious wooden structures in H8 shaft and Smith’s Cove, and after knowing the age of the wood, they are becoming convinced that they were used to build the passageway leading to the elusive Money Pit. Plus, as per TV Season Spoilers, “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 was said to feature a total of 36 episodes and History could have planned this to show an uninterrupted series as the treasures are revealed.
Release date
History has not announced any premiere date for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 yet but base on predictions it will be out in November. This is because the previous seasons have been dropped in this same period.
