HERSHEY, Pa., May 03, 2018 -- The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) announced today the pricing of its offering of $350,000,000 of 2.900% notes due 2020, $350,000,000 of 3.100% notes due 2021 and $500,000,000 of 3.375% notes due 2023 (the “Notes Offering”) in a public offering. The Hershey Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes Offering to repay a portion of the commercial paper it issued to fund its acquisition of Amplify Snack Brands, Inc. and pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
