Regardless of whether or not “The Promised Neverland” anime strictly follows the manga, one fact about the next episode will remain; sister Krone will lose and die. This will likely make “The Promised Neverland” Episode 8 the character’s last appearance with Isabella having won. What’s more, Krone already knew what awaited her and that is why her last act is to help Emma and the rest escape.
As TheAnimeScrolls reports, the kids now have everything they need in order to destroy the transmitters in their bodies. However, they will need to act the part of children who can still be controlled. With only a few days left before their planned escape, Emma and her friends cannot afford to make mistakes. This is why Krone’s likely death in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 8 is going to cause some complications.
Basically, Krone will make one last appeal to the head of all the Mamas to take Isabella down. However, it would seem that the two have been conspiring all along. Krone never stood a chance from the start and as revenge, she will make sure that Isabella falls from grace. This will be her last act in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 8 if the manga’s trajectory is any indication.
Coming back to the children, the next goal for them to achieve is to investigate what is beyond the wall surrounding the orphanage grounds. This is where things will get really interesting since the kids will be pushing the confidence that Isabella has on her ability to control them. It isn’t likely that this will be included in “The Promised Neverland” Episode 8, but it might.
As for when “The Promised Neverland” Episode 8 will air, Feb. 28 is the date to take note of. There are plenty of reasons to be excited for this episode, with Krone’s death being just one.
