WAKEFIELD, Mass., May 11, 2017 -- Specialty insurance underwriter Tokio Marine HCC – Specialty Group has added Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) to their event product portfolio. TULIP programs provide a simple solution for a venue or facility owner to set up an annual policy covering their lessees for third-party liability when holding events. The coverage provides lessees with proper insurance based on the venue or facility’s requirements and therefore holds the venue or facility owner harmless should an incident occur during an event resulting from an event organizer’s negligence.
“We are excited to announce the launch of our TULIP program,” commented Sean Curtin, President of Tokio Marine HCC – Specialty Group. “Every time a facility is rented out, a variety of unique liability exposures are present. Our TULIP program is designed to address such exposures while simultaneously providing an easy and affordable solution for facility owners and their tenant users to secure coverage.”
Lessees will be able to access this coverage online through an individualized link provided to the event organizer.
