Tonbo Imaging India led four Indian IPO debuts on Oct. 23, with LiveMint and BusinessToday reporting a 66% opening premium on BSE, the largest among the new listings.

BSE notices dated Oct. 22 named Tonbo Imaging India Limited, Sahajanand Medical Technologies, Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses and Bonfiglioli Transmissions for listing the next day.

LiveMint and BusinessToday reported that Tonbo opened at ₹1,162 on BSE and ₹1,160 on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), against its ₹700 issue price. The openings equate to premiums of 66% on BSE and 65.71% on NSE.

For Sahajanand, the outlets reported opening prices of ₹371.15 on NSE and ₹368.05 on BSE, compared with an issue price of ₹344. Those prices imply premiums of 7.89% and 6.99%, respectively. BusinessToday reported a 7.82% NSE premium, which differs from the calculation based on its cited opening price.

Zetwerk opened at a reported ₹159 on BSE, 5.30% above its ₹151 issue price. LiveMint reported an NSE opening of ₹159, while BusinessToday gave ₹159.25; those prices imply premiums of 5.30% and 5.46%, respectively. Both outlets put Bonfiglioli's opening at a reported ₹586, equal to its ₹586 issue price.

An opening price shows where trading began, not where shares ended the session; the percentages compare reported openings with IPO issue prices. EconoTimes previously covered Tonbo's market debut.
