BLS Polymers Limited led four Indian IPOs in InvestorGain's Oct. 29 grey-market tracker, while Bombay Coated and Special Steels Limited ranked second by percentage of offer price, a different measure of the unofficial quotes.

InvestorGain listed BLS Polymers' premium at ₹51 per share, equal to 34% of the ₹150 upper offer price. The tracker put M. K. Sons Fine Jewels Limited at ₹15, SFC Environmental Technologies Limited at ₹10 and Bombay Coated at ₹9. Those amounts rank the four in rupees, with BLS first and M. K. Sons second.

The relative ranking changes when each premium is measured against its offer ceiling. Bombay Coated's ₹9 equals 10.98% of ₹82, ahead of M. K. Sons' ₹15 against ₹162, or 9.26%. SFC Environmental's ₹10 represents 3.03% of ₹330; BLS remains first at 34%.

InvestorGain says its premiums are based on dealer quotes and are indicative. Adding each quote to the offer ceiling produces ₹201 for BLS, ₹177 for M. K. Sons, ₹340 for SFC Environmental and ₹91 for Bombay Coated. Those sums are comparison calculations, not confirmed listing prices.

The offer ceilings come from company filings and registrar information. A price-band advertisement BLS Polymers filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) lists ₹150 as its ceiling; SFC Environmental's red herring prospectus sets ₹330. Bigshare Services, M. K. Sons' registrar, lists a range up to ₹162, and Bombay Coated's red herring prospectus sets ₹82.

The four issues featured in EconoTimes' late-October Indian IPO calendar, which covered nine offerings scheduled to open between Oct. 26 and Oct. 29.

BLS Polymers' red herring prospectus and SFC Environmental's offer materials set Oct. 29 as the closing date. Bigshare lists M. K. Sons through Oct. 30, while Bombay Coated's red herring prospectus sets Nov. 2 as its deadline.
