Mr. Ramnath has over 19 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience and has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Toscana Energy since July 31, 2015. Prior thereto Mr. Ramnath was the Manager of Corporate Reporting of Toscana Energy since 2013.
