REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and BRUSSELS, Belgium, Feb. 26, 2018 -- Selligent Marketing Cloud, the world’s most advanced natively integrated marketing cloud, announced the winners of its second annual Selligent Awards. The awards celebrate successful, insight-driven campaigns powered by Selligent Marketing Cloud’s platform, and the winners were announced at the Consumer-First Summit on February 9, 2018 during the awards gala in Austin, TX.
Selligent Marketing Cloud clients were invited to submit campaign case studies across various categories including Consumer First, Marketing Innovation and Engagement Excellence. Judged by an independent jury, submissions were received from across auto, hospitality, publishing and health and wellness, reflecting the widespread use of Selligent Marketing Cloud's platform across industries.
Winner of the Consumer-First Marketing Campaign Award, The Wyanoke Group used Selligent Marketing Cloud’s integrated capability to support Healio, a medical news, education and information website for physicians and healthcare practitioners. They wanted to target an unengaged group of physicians as part of their “Tell Us What You Like” November campaign. Utilizing a complete integration of the platform, including Customer Intelligence (CI), Site, and Campaign, Healio achieved not only greater re-engagement with this otherwise time-starved group of physicians, but also received deep insights on what kind of communication content its audience is seeking.
“An effort like this would have been too difficult and time consuming before Selligent Marketing Cloud,” said Linda Baker, CTO of The Wyanoke Group. “Now that we've gotten our feet wet with this initiative, we look forward to diving deeper with future re-engagement campaigns.”
BMW North America won the Targeting and Segmentation Award for its precise application of Selligent Message Studio. The brand was looking to attract high-profile invitees and increase registration for its national program, the Ultimate Driving Event. Tapping into the expertise of its agency partner, Raare Solutions, they drove a carefully segmented email invitation campaign on the platform. BMW North America achieved outstanding results as compared to events in prior years.
