VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 19, 2017 -- Uniserve Communications Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the signing of three new wholesale agreements that are expected to add over $1M in revenues over the coming fiscal year. The agreements cover both residential and business products and services, expanding the product offering throughout the wholesale channel. This follows the recent launch of Transit bundles for the small office/home office market. The Company has always been strong in Internet service and VoIP systems, but with the recent acquisition of Glenbriar Technologies, the Company will now also be able to sell the Mitel communications platform.
The Company has always had an indirect sales channel, but with recent strategic changes, a greater focus has been placed on partnerships and alliance opportunities, the first being with CBRE, where the company now acts as their data centre advisor.
The CEO, Nicholas Jeffery said: “We have developed a simple sell with / sell through strategy and we will put access products such as phone and new transit bundles into the channel. It is truly a win-win. We get more feet on the street and the partners can add a great service wraparound for our core products.”
As part of the wholesale push the Company is also pleased to announce the launching of new Cable Internet services throughout the Province of Alberta, starting November 1st. With its recent acquisition, the Company have just gained an office in Calgary and signed its first distributor in Edmonton.
