DALLAS, Nov. 20, 2017 -- Unite Private Networks (UPN), a leading provider of high-capacity, fiber-based communication networks is pleased to announce a recent partnership with DFW-based Metroplex Communications.
UPN is providing Metroplex Communications a point-to-point dark fiber solution connecting Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas to Metroplex’s POP at the Infomart Data Center in Dallas.
“Our carrier-grade, industry leading network solution will allow Metroplex Communications advanced connectivity options with speeds that are easily upgradeable to meet ever-growing bandwidth requirements,” said Blair Pierce, Content Account Director at Unite Private Networks. “UPN’s 100 percent fiber-optic infrastructure offers robust network protection with enhanced core and diversity. We provide a suite of products including dark fiber, wavelength services, Internet access, and metro Ethernet products, and we are excited to extend our network to Metroplex Communications and the Irving business community.”
Metroplex Communications, Inc. is proud to be the first to provide dedicated fiber-based Internet, voice and managed network services to Toyota Music Factory in Irving and to tenants such as Bar Louie, Texas Jam House, Highway 61, Bar Manzanilla, Martini Ranch, Texas C Bar, Thirsty Lion and the ARK Group. “We bring Internet to the last inch, we don’t leave it at the door,” said Michael Eber, CTO of Metroplex. “We believe Internet should be fast and work; customer service is as critical as the data you send.” Metroplex peers directly with major Internet services like Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Cloudflare, Softlayer, and Rackspace via DE-CIX. This provides our customers reduced hops, extremely low latency and guaranteed symmetrical speeds over the competition who fail to deliver.
"Having super-fast Internet for our tenants is essential for business. We welcome Metroplex to Toyota Music Factory," says Noah Lazes, president of ARK Group and developer of Toyota Music Factory.
