SOUDERTON, Pa., Nov. 23, 2016 -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ:UVSP), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2016.
