Fans are a bit worried about the coming “Vikings” Season 6 Episode 6 which will feature yet another battle involving. But the episode's title “Death and the Serpent” sounds rather ominous and fans wonder if Katheryn Winnick’s character will survive the ordeal.
According to SoManyShows, it looks like something might go wrong in the elections which will force King Bjorn to act quickly. For some reason, bandits are emboldened enough to attack the village and Lagerthan will have to fend off the attackers.
“Bjorn is forced to act quickly in the aftermath of the election for the King of all Norway,” the synopsis of the upcoming episode reads. “The bandits attack Lagertha’s village again, confident of victory. But when the defense boils down to single combat with Lagertha, victory for the bandits looks less certain. Back in Kattegat, haunted and paranoid, Hvitserk continues to unravel.”
Meanwhile, a “Vikings” Season 6 Episode 7 trailer shows Lagertha leading the defense of the villagers against the attacking bandits. Eventually, it became a one-on-one fight between her and White Hair.
“I can kill you Lagertha,” her opponent tells her. “If I have to die, it is worth it,” Lagertha responds before they clashed. However, the next scene shows her down, which might suggest that she will be in a disadvantaged in their fight.
Lagertha’s death has been speculated on by numerous fans already. But that does not mean “Vikings” fans are ready to see their favorite heroine die just yet. In fact, Metro reported that fans plan to boycott the show if Lagertha is killed.
Actress Katheryn Winnick, who plays Lagertha in the series, posted photos of Lagertha and White Hair. “Who is ready for tomorrow?” she captioned her post along with emojis of a worried face.
But fans are not yet ready to part with the former queen. “If Lagertha dies, we riot!!!” one fan wrote in response to Winnick’s post. “I can’t lose my Queen.
Another fan suggested that he’ll probably quit the show when the unthinkable happens. “I swear if you die I am quitting,” one fan commented.
Apparently, others are in complete agreement. “If you die, I’m out,” one fan said. “If you die next episode I am quitting the show.”
For them, killing Ragnar is enough. “If Lagertha dies to that White Hair dude, I’ll stop watching for good!” another fan wrote. “We lost Ragnar that’s more than enough for our hearts.”
