TORRANCE, Calif., March 14, 2018 -- Virco Mfg. Corporation (NASDAQ:VIRC) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock, payable April 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as of March 23, 2018.
